J.W Judo’s 2-day camp is geared for children aged 5 yrs up to 9 yrs. There will be two sessions on the mat and one outdoor session on fitness, such as outdoor games, kid circuits and races on the field and the daily mile. The morning session will give your child good foundations, from belt tieing and Kumi Kata (grips and stance) physical activity, such as Uchi Komi (Speed of entry). After-lunch sessions will include specific technique training and opportunities for Randori. They will learn and improve their Judo skills with basic ground and standing techniques to combination techniques and randori (free practice). In between training, participants can engage in If we can, we will try to do the. The camp also includes some colouring and quiz sessions as well as a closing ceremony and awarding of certificates on the last day.

Day 1:
- 9:30 – Registration and welcome
- 10:00 – Warm-up, Animal exercises and stretching
- 10:30 – Judo training session 1: Basic techniques and drills
- 11:15 – Break (Toilet and drink)
- 11:30 – Outdoor activities
- 12:30 – Lunch break (Please bring packed lunch)
- 13:30 – Judo training session 2: Transition from standing to the ground to randori (free practice).
- 15:00 – Clean and Tidy for collection.
